Malted Mocha Dalgona Coffee
What is Dalgona Coffee?
Dalgona coffee may be the best thing to come out of 2020. Maybe. This whipped instant coffee became famous on TikTok and people bored and at home decided to whip {literally} some up. It's been a hit ever since.
How do you make Dalgona Coffee?
Dalgona coffee is basically made by whipping equal amounts of instant coffee powder, sugar and hot water until it becomes creamy and then adding it to cold or hot milk.

What is Malted Milk Powder?
You all probably know all about malted milk balls that you sneak into the movie theater, am.I.right? My grandparents used to own an ice cream shop, and my mom grew up working at it as a kid. My mom made the best milkshakes. Secret ingredient? You guessed it...malted milk powder.
Malted milk powder actually started way back in the day as a nutritional supplement for babies. A genius dude in Chicago named Ivar "Pop" Coulson worked as a soda jerk at a Walgreens and started using the powder in milkshakes.
Eaten plain {I know you'll sneak a taste}, malted milk powder is kind of gross, but when it's mixed into ice cream or milk, it adds just the perfect hint of sweetness.
