Cheesecake Factory Copycat Chicken Chipotle Pasta Recipe
As much as we want to, we can't go to the Cheesecake Factory every night. The menu is HUGE and I always find myself overwhelmed by the choices, but one thing is true, this chipotle chicken pasta recipe is a menu favorite. Once you learn how to make it at home, it's going to be a game changer for you!
Recipe variations you can easily make
Swap out the chicken for sausage or shrimp instead. Shrimp will require less cooking time, so adjust accordingly. If you want to make this a vegetarian dish, you can leave out the meat altogether.
This pasta dish calls for penne pasta, but you can use whatever pasta you have on hand. I've made it with fettucini noodles before even! You can use a gluten-free pasta instead too.
