Baking Tips for S'mores Cookies
Watch the marshmallows carefully when you are cooking them in the oven. They will really expand and can burn easily. Open the oven door and watch as the marshmallows rise. Take them out as soon as they start to brown.
You can also use a creme brule torch to toast your marshmallows.
For extra chocolate, add a Hershey's kiss on top of your marshmallow!

Yes! Once your cookies cool, put them in a sealed bag and freeze them for up to a month. But they won't last that long!
Eat them frozen, or thaw them for about twenty minutes before serving.
