I'm not sure if I'm saving the best for last or not. I'll let you decide, but I'm not sure you can get a better combination than chocolate and peanut butter. This whole week, I've been sharing easy to make S'more recipes with you and I'm ending with this amazingly delicious peanut butter cup s'more brownie recipe. Peanut Butter Cup S'more Brownie Bars Recipe
This recipe is part of a whole week of s'more recipes. Don't miss them all!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
You will start out by preparing your crust.
Graham Cracker Crust
· 1/3 cup unsalted butter - melted
· 12 graham cracker sheets (total of 24 squares)
· 3 tbsp granulated sugar
In a food processor, combine the melted butter, graham crackers and sugar. Pulse until combined into fine pieces. Press the mixture into the bottom of your baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
While your crust is baking, prepare the brownie and S'mores layer.
You will need:

1 box Family Size brownie mix (for a 9x13 pan)
·
Water, eggs and oil called for in mix
·
2 cups mini marshmallows
·
3 graham cracker sheets, crushed into large
chunks
·
1 bag Reese’s peanut butter cup unwrapped minis
– 8oz
Prepare the brownie mix as directed on the box and pour over
the graham cracker crust.
Bake in the oven for 38-40 minutes, or until a
toothpick comes out clean.
While baking, chop a ½ cup of unwrapped mini peanut butter
cups and set aside.
When the brownies are done. Set the oven to broil 500
degrees. Top the brownies with your marshmallows, graham crackers and the ½ cup
chopped peanut butter cups. Broil for 1-3 minutes.
Watch closely! The marshmallows will brown quickly, remove once golden on top.
Allow cooling for 30 minutes and then top the brownies with
the remaining peanut butter cups. Finish cooling and then cut to serve.
Tip : The marshmallows may stick a little to your cutting knife. Spray a little non-stick spray on your knife before cutting.

Oh my goodness, my mouth is watering too! These look amazing! I've book marked this so that I can try it for myself sometime... I live in the UK so will hve to find a substitution for the graham crackers but I'm sure they'll still be amazing!
